Recently we acquired some rare and beautiful retired pieces manufactured by Lunt Silversmiths.  Lunt Silversmiths was a respected high end manufacture of silver and silver plate decorative items, gifts and flatware.  They established themselves back in 1902 and from then on the company remained in the Lunt family.  Through the years they manufactured many timeless collectible pieces.  Unfortunately in 2009 they fell victim to the recession and as a result sold the brand name to Reed and Barton inc. and shortly thereafter auctioned off all of their remaining inventory.

In mid 2008 Lunt created a special line of collectible silver inspired by the New York Botanical Garden Mertz Library.  The Mertz Library is a world renowned botanical and horticultural library within the NYBG, looked to as one of New York's great treasures.  This special line features silver crafted gifts and serveware skillfully adorned with textures and patterns taken from this great library.

Our recent acquisition include the "feather" line from this series.  This feather collection features artfully etched whimsical cascading feathers.  We have a very limited inventory of these timeless pieces.
